Programs & Schedule

 Westminster Summer Programs offer 30+ specialty and sports camps for rising 1st–12th graders, including academics, technology, fine arts, enrichment, and athletics—all rooted in Westminster’s Christ-centered mission.

Camp Sessions:

• Session 1: June 1–5

• Session 2: June 8–12

• Session 3: June 15–18 (No camp June 19 – Juneteenth)

• Session 4: June 22–26

Most camps run 9:00–12:00 or 1:00–4:00, though some vary by program. Grade eligibility is set by instructors to meet developmental needs.

Registration, Communication & Payments

All registration and communication are handled through Brightwheel.

• Families receive program details the week before camp begins.

• Registration includes a one-time, non-refundable fee ($25 early / $50 late).

• Camp invoices are issued after registration and must be paid in full by April 15.

• Late registration closes May 15.

Changes are discouraged due to staffing needs, and refund eligibility decreases as the summer approaches.

Daily Logistics & What to Bring

• Drop-off & pick-up use a carline TAG system for safety.

• Late pick-ups incur additional fees.

• Campers should bring a nut-free snack, labeled water bottle, and lunch if enrolled in both morning and afternoon sessions.

• Dress comfortably and modestly; closed-toe shoes required.

• No electronics, toys, or valuables allowed.

• Younger campers should bring an extra change of clothes.

Safety, Health & Behavior Expectations

Westminster Summer Programs prioritize a safe, respectful, Christ-honoring environment.

• Clear behavior expectations emphasize respect, safety, and responsibility.

• Progressive discipline is used for misbehavior, with serious offenses resulting in removal.

• Certified medical staff are on campus daily.

• Emergency procedures are in place for weather, illness, and campus safety.

• Zero tolerance for weapons, bullying, harassment, drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.
