Drop off Dates/Drop off Information:
Monday, January 26 - Friday, January 30 from 8 am - 3 pm in Knox Hall or Pamplin Hall in designated bins. Bring your warm weather items that will no longer fit in the spring!
Monday, March 30 - Thursday, April 2 from 8 am - 3 pm, same locations. While you are cleaning for Masters, drop off of any items (including those winter jackets) you no longer need!
Monday, May 18 - Wednesday, June 10 from 8 am - 3 pm, same locations. NO drop off Friday, May 29 due to school closure.
We will collect washed, folded, tagged and bagged uniforms from consignors during these time frames. The deadline for consignors to register is the end of business day on Wednesday, June 10 with all items dropped by June 10.
See below for printable tags as well as a price guide and description of acceptable items.
Please print the tags on cardstock to ensure sale credit. We will assume that all items without tags are donations unless you have indicated you would like us to tag them for you on your registration form and you have included a self-addressed stamped envelope so we can send you your proceeds.
If you’d like, we are happy to tag items for you at 50¢ per item. This will go toward the school’s earnings and be taken out of your payment when issued to you. Please be sure to include your contact information with your clothing at drop off.
Additional Information:
The sale this year will have no registration fee and work off of a 70/30 split. Consignors will receive 70% of their profits and Westminster’s WPA will receive 30%. The purpose of the uniform consignment sale is to support and serve our school families while also raising funds for the Westminster Parents Association to benefit our students and school community.
Prices will be determined by the consignor at their discretion. We have provided a price guide at roughly ⅓ of retail price but this does not need to be strictly adhered to. We do recommend that most prices stay below $20 with the exception of those that ⅓ of the retail price is higher.
Items acceptable for consignment include: daily uniforms (including accessories such as belts, ties, headbands, bows, etc), shoes (thoroughly cleaned and in excellent condition), Westminster branded casual wear (tshirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, athletics related items, etc), themed costume days (Johnny Appleseed, President’s Day, Ellis Island, etc). If any items dropped are deemed to be unable to be resold due to condition, we will hold them for you until pickup day for unsold items (Monday, June 15).
Interested consignors can register by end of business on Wednesday, June 10.
Please remember to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your gently used uniforms when you turn them in. Your seller number will be the last 4 digits of your cell phone number. You will add this number to each of your tags on each clothing item so we can keep track of what you sell. We still need consignors to register for proper tracking, so please don’t forget to do so!
IMPORTANT: We will assume that all items without tags are donations either to be sold for the sole benefit of the school or recycled. Items with stains, holes, rips, tears, missing buttons, broken zippers, etc. should not be consigned and will not be placed on the racks for sale. Simply place items you wish to donate or recycle (clean) in the bin without a tag and we will know what to do after examining them. You will have the opportunity to pick up any unsold tagged clothing or choose to donate them.
What you will need:
- A self-addressed stamped envelope. The school’s accounting office will use this envelope to mail you your sale earnings.
- White card stock for printing your tags. You will need to reference the pricing guide found in the pdf link above. Please contact wpa@wsa.net if you need assistance with this.
- Please use one tag per clothing item. We will assume that all untagged items are donations.
- Safety pins: You will need to use a safety pin to attach a tag to the upper right hand section of each clothing item. Please do NOT staple the tags to clothing. See examples below of proper tag placement:

How can you help
If you have a clothing rack that you would be willing to let us borrow for the sale, please email us at wpa@wsa.net so someone from our volunteer team can contact you and make arrangements. We just ask that you label your rack with your name and phone number so we can ensure we return the racks to the proper owners.
Please email us at wpa@wsa.net or contact Wesslie Freeman 706-414-9733 if you would be willing to volunteer a few hours this summer to help us organize our sale. Sale volunteers and new families may shop early from 12 pm - 2 pm the same day as the sale on June 13. High school students can count any hours toward their volunteer service requirements.
After the sale, unsold uniform items that you would like returned to you will be available for pick up in the LS Gymnasium on Monday, June 15 from 8am-3 pm. All items not picked up by 3pm will be donated to the school or recycled unless you have made prior arrangements with us. If you have any other questions not answered by these instructions, please email us at wpa@wsa.net.
