A safe, innovative, and fun-filled after-school enrichment opportunity for your Westminster student!

Westminster offers several lower school after-school opportunities for students through our Westminster Extended Day (XD) and After Care programs, all designed to develop your child's strengths in a fun, caring, and safe environment. The XD staff considers it a privilege and responsibility to be entrusted with the care of each child. The program is accredited by SAIS/SACS.
Westminster students in grades PK3-5 can stay after school and participate in age-appropriate activities. Activities, called Xplorations, include, but are not limited to: art, cheer, golf, STEM, coding, band, sports, and much more! Xplorations will be four eight-week sessions, one per quarter. Xploration selections will be sent out to parents before each Xploration session.

After-School Programs
Westminster XD jr (2:35 - 4:30pm): Grades PK3-Kindergarten
Westminster XD (3:00 - 4:30pm): Grades 1-5
After Care (4:30 - 6:00pm): All Lower School Grades
- After Care is available for students who cannot be picked up by the end of Xplorations. Students can enjoy organized games, arts, and crafts, extra playground and homework time!
Stay & Play (11:40am - 6:00pm)
- Stay & Play days are for Lower School half-days.
