Westminster Athletics plays an integral role in our school community. Our primary goal is for every athlete to reflect Jesus in all aspects of their lives, on the field, in the classroom, and beyond. Our program is founded on the principles of growth, growth in faith, character, and athletic performance. We encourage our student-athletes to honor the Lord through their practice, competition, and daily conduct.

With 42 teams ranging from middle school to varsity, our students have countless opportunities to be challenged, encouraged, and shaped through sports. Every practice and game is a chance to grow, not only as athletes, but also as young men and women learning to live out their faith in practical ways. Our coaches are dedicated to investing in our students, building meaningful relationships, and using the platform of athletics to guide them. They teach our athletes how to lead with integrity, humility, and Christ-like character.

Boasting an impressive array of 42 athletic teams spanning both middle and varsity levels, Westminster Schools of Augusta has secured 26 state championships to date, with a remarkable 90% of students participating in one or more sports. At Westminster, we are dedicated to excellence, fostering a winning spirit in every endeavor. Our esteemed coaches go beyond mere athletic training; they are committed to nurturing student-athletes to excel both on and off the field. Through rigorous practice and guidance, our athletes cultivate strength, character, perseverance, integrity, and Christ-like behavior, embodying the core values that define Westminster.
