New Family Guide 2026-27

Final report cards for students entering grades 1st - 12th should be emailed to admissions@wsa.net by June 30.  For students coming from public schools, please remember to withdraw your student and request transcripts at the end of the school year.

Blackbaud’s Parent Portal is an online tool that helps families stay connected to their student’s school experience. Through the portal, parents can easily view grades, assignments, schedules, attendance, and important school announcements—all in one place. The Resource Board contains important links and frequently referenced documents. The Parent Portal is accessible directly from the school homepage.

A Back to School Checklist will be assigned for each student in early June.  Please complete all forms prior to the start of school.

During Orientation on August 4, new students in grades 7-12 will receive a school-issued MacBook with access to their school Google account and the Student Portal. At that time they will be able to view items such as class schedules, grades, and mentor assignments. New students in 6th grade typically receive all of these during the first week of classes.

Orientation is designed to help every new student feel confident, connected, and ready for the first day of school.

• Middle School - 9:00 - 10:30 am 
  • Middle School students (6th–8th grade) will connect with their Wildcat Ambassadors to walk through schedules, locate classrooms, set up lockers, and pick up Chromebooks
• High School - 10:30 - 11:30 am
  • High School students (9th - 12th grade) will connect with their Wildcat Ambassadors to walk through schedules, locate classrooms, set up lockers, and pick up Chromebooks.

Some fall sports team begin training over the summer months.  If your student is interested in a fall sport, please contact the coach for more information.  You can also contact the Athletic Department Director (JD Chaplain) at jchaplain@wsa.net.

Please note that these guides are updated annually by July 1.

If, after reading the documents you still have questions, please email uniforms@wsa.net or contact your division leader. 

Parents will find a back-to-school checklist for each student in their Parent Portal in early June.  These forms will include an updated medical history and medication permissions.  Any allergies noted will be communicated to classroom teachers and appropriate staff. If you have a specific concern or question regarding allergies, medication, health issues, or vaccination records please contact the school nurse, Kelly Hitchcock, at khitcock@wsa.net.

All health forms are due by JULY 24, 2026.

Westminster contracts with Flik Independent School Dining as the dining service provider for our students and faculty. All menu items are made from scratch, with fresh and authentic ingredients that are prepared on campus in our state-of-the-art kitchens, run by our very own Chef Keith and his incredible team.

A School Lunch Form will be included in the back to school checklist assigned for each student in early June.  This form will allow parents to select a dining option for each student.

There are two options for Flik Dining:

1) Purchase a full year meal plan for your student. Daily meal includes one entree, two/three side items, drink and dessert (if offered).  Full year meal plans can be purchased with a check made out to Flik and turned in to the business office by July 31.  Prices will be listed on the School Lunch Form.  If you register a student after this date, please contact Chef Keith Boring.

2) Allow students to purchase items of their choosing at any time that the cafeteria is open using their myschoolbucks account. It is the parent's responsibility to monitor the accounts and ensure there is enough money for purchasing.

Lower School

Westminster partners with EPI School Supplies to provide teacher-curated school supply kits.  Please check back for information on how to order.

Upper School

Supplies for MS/HS students are determined by student schedules rather than by grade level.  Therefore, each student will have unique supply needs determined by his/her specific classes.
