At Westminster we understand that an investment in your child's education is one of the most important you will ever make and an investment with returns like no other. We also understand what a big decision this is and so our friendly and knowledgable admissions team is ready to help guide you through each step of the process.

- Tuition includes books and most field trips.
- The first payment is due in May 2025.
- Tuition may be paid in full by May 5 or in 12 payments from May through April through check, eCheck, or credit/debit card through Blackbaud Tuition Management
- Monthly payment option includes a $350 annual service charge.

Additional Fees
- $75 application fee
- $150 ISEE testing fee for applicants in grades 6-12 (Testing fee waivers are available upon request for those who need financial assistance)
- $60 application fee for financial aid through FAST (optional)
- $600 enrollment deposit to secure your child’s spot once offered an enrollment contract; applied toward tuition balance (non-refundable)
- $365 per family for the Westminster endowment (first year only)
- Outdoor Classroom Fee (6th-8th)
- Upper School Retreat (9th-12th)
Financial Assistance
More than 30% of the student body receives financial assistance. We offer merit scholarships and need-based tuition assistance to help families who qualify make a Westminster education a reality. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about financial assistance options.

Tuition Reduction Benefits

Overview of the Financial Assistance Process:
In addition to the many tuition reduction benefits we offer, all families are welcome to apply for financial assistance through our third part application called FAST.

All new and current families enrolled in Westminster are welcome to apply for financial aid each year. Financial aid is based on eligibility and availability. To access the financial aid application, click here.

Current Westminster families are given priority to apply for financial assistance between Oct 1-31 for the following school year. After October 31, all financial assistance applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

Families who complete the FAST application for financial assistance will also be considered for a GOAL scholarship. Please keep in mind that certain additional requirements must be met to qualify for a GOAL scholarship (see here). If awarded, the GOAL scholarship will be specified in the enrollment contracts.

Current families will receive their financial assistance package when they activate their tuition management accounts in January.

New families will receive their financial assistance package upon receipt of their enrollment contract.
