Summer Programs Registration is Live!
Westminster is now offering over 40 programs for ages 3-18 that include academic and technology courses, enrichment classes, fine arts and sports camps, and a general day camp.
In accordance with our state and national leaders, guidance from the CDC, and to best prioritize student and staff safety during the global pandemic, Westminster Schools of Augusta has instituted new procedures and steps for our Summer Programs summer season. Please see the 2021 Parent Guide to read these changes.
Once registered you will also receive an email one week before your child's camp start date on what to expect this summer. Online registration is open until June 4th.
Registration and Payment
Registration is now live!
Register for 3 or more programs and receive the multi-camp discount of $10 off per program (per participant).
In the event of a required closing due to COVID-19, you will receive a refund for any days/weeks of closures.
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 per participant.
Registrants may pay in full at the time of registration OR pay a $50 deposit (per program) and pay the remaining balance by May 31, 2021.
We accept all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by cash or check, contact the summer programs coordinator.
The Westminster Summer Programs coordinator reserves the right to cancel any activities. We also reserve the right to combine programs, as necessary. In the event of a class change/combination, the dates may also change. If your child is unable to attend the new dates, you may apply the full tuition amount to another program or activity or request a refund.
The Junior Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program at Westminster Schools of Augusta provides opportunities for students entering grades 8-12 to develop their leadership skills. Participation in our CIT program can be for one week up to all six weeks of the summer program. All students interested must apply with our Summer Programs department. CITs work as a team, in small groups, and individually to learn about organizing activities and instructing children in a summer camp environment.
Mandatory training will be provided for all accepted applications on May 17 from 3:30 to 4:30p. Note that there are a limited number of CIT spaces available, and only a select number will be hired.
This program is an unpaid internship, however reference letters will be readily provided as requested. Applications are due by May 3, and a response will be provided to all applications via email by May 10.
