Strategic Plan
Westminster’s strategic vision, THRIVE 2025, is the latest version of our strategic plan that further strengthens that work and advances Westminster toward even higher levels of mission excellence.
We are especially grateful for all those in the school community who were interviewed and completed online surveys, helping us better understand Westminster’s performance relative to what you value most. The trustees and faculty spent a great deal of time poring over the survey results and creating priorities to further strengthen the overall Westminster experience for our students.
In June 2020, THRIVE 2025 was approved, and we now move from vision to action as we pursue four missionss through concrete, measurable strategies. All of this will be accomplished through the lens of our mission statement as “we seek to glorify God by providing an excellent education that equips students to live extraordinary lives for Jesus Christ.”
As our community rallies around this vision, we are encouraged to know that the ultimate beneficiaries of THRIVE 2025 will be today’s Westminster students and those who are yet to come, all for God’s glory.
