Congratulations to Adam Lippe, GISA AAA 1600m State Champion!

The Varsity Track team competed in the GISA State Track Meet last week. 

Congratulations to Adam Lippe, 2022 GISA AAA 1600M state champion with a time of 4:33.03!

Another school record was broken at the state meet. Both Abigail Knight (5:57.19) and Claire Peacock (5:59.37) broke the 1600M school record previously held by Emily Rogers (6:00.94) set in 2016. This is the 4th school record set this season!

We had 13 PRs at the state meet including Ava Martino (100M), Claire Peacock  (800M, 1600M, 3200M), Abigail Knight (800M, 1600M), Girls 4x400, Brooks Johnson (800M), Eli Scott (3200M), James King (3200M), Levi Ketterman (Triple Jump), Boys 4x100, Boys 4x400, as well as two others who were within a couple hundredths of a second from a PR.
