All senior varsity athletes and managers who are involved in a spring sport will be recognized at Spring Senior Athletics Recognition tonight (Tuesday, April 27) between the girls and boys varsity soccer games at approximately 7:00 pm.
The JV & VARSITY ATHLETIC BANQUET will be held on Monday, May 17.
Please note that Varsity Cheer tryouts for next fall will be held May 18-19.
Baseball:
The Middle School Baseball team played the Augusta Eagles last Monday and lost by double digits. Tuesday night they played a very good game against Augusta Christian (AC) and won 11-7. Ben Baker led the way with 3 hits -- including a double, 3 RBI, and 2 runs scored. Tyler Hornsby and Rod Anderson each had 2 hits, including a double and 2 runs scored. Rod also collected 2 RBI. Levi Murphey went 2 for 3 with 2 RBI and 3 runs scored and was the winning pitcher for the game.
Within the conference, they now stand at a record of 6 - 4. With the win against AC, they officially made the playoffs!!
The AAMSL Tournament will be May 3 and May 6.

Golf:
Congratulations to the Varsity Golf team for finishing in the GISA AAA Final Four at the state tournament!
Soccer:
Middle School and Varsity Soccer teams finish regular season play this week.
The Middle School AAMSL Tournament will be May 5 and May 7.

Track:
The Boys Middle School Track team won the AAMSL Championship last Thursday, April 22. Congratulations to our boys track and field team members!
The Varsity Track team had a great Region meet on April 21 at Stratford Academy (Macon, GA). We had several state qualifiers!
Post Season play:
State Tournament – April 29-May1 at Strong Rock Christian School (Locust Grove, GA)
