Varsity Track Runs Well in the Region Meet

We have several region champions!

Congratulations to the varsity track team for a great region meet this week!  The top four finishers in each event qualify for the state meet next week.  Our state competitors will be:

GIRLS:
Emerson Eubank - 4th in the 800m
Abigail Knight - 2nd in the 1600m
Emerson Eubank – Region Champion in the 3200m
Claire Peacock – 2nd in the 3200m

BOYS:
Jacob Hanna – Region Champion in the 800m
Brad Joiner – 3rd in the 800m
Adam Lippe – Region Champion in the 1600m
Eli Scott – 2nd in the 3200m
Brooks Johnson – 4th in the 3200m
Brad Joiner – 4th in the 300m hurdles
Adam Lippe – Region Champion in Pole Vault
Carson Smith, Brad Joiner, Winston Ingram, Jacob Hanna – 4th in 4x100m relay
Adam Lippe, Winston Ingram, Jacob Hanna, Brad Joiner – 3rd in 4x400m relay
