A Team: AP came to our gym with two new starters and ready to play. The first quarter was close with many lead changes and ended AP 11 WSA 10. It looked like we were in for a tough battle. However the 2nd quarter our defense locked them down. They scored 5 while our Fox got in their Hen house and put in 12 to give WSA a 24 to 16 half time advantage. We used a more balanced attack in the 2nd half. Hitchcock started connecting on 3's and Ketterman established our inside game by controlling the boards. We outscored AP 30-16 in the 2nd half, leading to a 22 point win.
 
B Team: WSA came out with a tenacious defense from start to finish. At the end of the first quarter our lead was 14-5. We continued with more of the same in the 2nd quarter and led 31 to 12 at halftime. The 7th graders got to play the entire 3rd quarter. They held AP scoreless in the 3rd opening up a 30 point lead. The scoring was lead by Barrett with 8 players scoring in a balanced attack.
