It was a thrilling home victory!

It was senior night at Wildcat Stadium this past Friday night and the varsity football team took on Dominion Christian.  The Wildcats started scoring quickly as they jumped out to a two touchdown lead.  The Wildcats were led defensively by leading tackler, Allen Ginalds, followed by Ryan Shiley, Whitt Tisdale, and Benjamin Bayliss.  The star of the night was Cater Huss in his first start as the quarterback.  He contributed to every touchdown, passing for three and rushing for three more.  Huss threw touchdown passes to Whitt Tisdale, who along with 60 receiving yards, also had 81 rushing yards, and also to Henry Waller and Allen Grinalds who caught touchdown passes.  Huss ended up rushing for 197 total yards and three rushing touchdowns and he also went 10/13 passing for 149 total passing yards and three more touchdowns.  The final score had the Wildcats on top 40-26.  The varsity football team will travel this week to Twiggs Academy for their last regular season game.

The Middle School football team lost in the finals of AAMSL Champions Cup on Thursday night. In spite of the loss, it was a great season for our Wildcats!
