BASKETBALL

Varsity

Boys the Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball teams competed in the Augusta Prep Roundball Classic this past weekend.  Both teams went 2-1 on the weekend, with the girls finishing as tournament runners up.  Congratulations to both teams!

Middle School

The Middle School Basketball teams played Augusta Prep last week.  The Boys B team and the Girls A team both defeated the Cavaliers, while the Boys A team lost a close one.  The teams will be in action against St. Mary’s Aiken today and St. Mary’s Augusta next week before taking a break until after the New Year.

BOOSTER CLUB

A Family Membership is only $185 for the entire year and among other benefits, provides free admission to all regular-season home athletic contests.  Other membership levels are also available.  Now is a great time to consider a Winter Seasonal Membership if you have not already joined the Booster Club!  Thanks to the efforts of the Booster Club over the past several years, numerous capital improvements have been made.  Don’t miss the opportunity to join this loyal and hard-working group of parents, grandparents, and friends of Westminster.
