Varsity Cross Country Runs Well in First Race!

Our runners started their season well!

Congratulations to all of our Varsity Cross Country runners who ran in the season-opening GMC Prep Small School Showcase in Milledgeville, GA last Thursday, August 29! The girls ended up 2nd out of 13 teams and the boys were 4th out of 12. 

Major congratulation to freshmen Libby Carter and Emerson Eubank on planing 8th and 9th to earn medals!! Also, both Sam Williamson and Robert Voegtlen ran PR's and several of the boys ran their 2nd fastest times ever. 

Now that's a really fantastic the first meet of the season!!
