Middle School students had a great time representing Westminster at Augusta University's 5th annual Junior Model United Nations (JMUN) conference on Wednesday, March 6!

Model UN is an authentic simulation of the U.N. General Assembly and other multilateral bodies. In groups of one or two, students serve as delegates or ambassadors to a country in the simulation. Our students have been researching their countries and learning about the issue of migration and refugees. They did a wonderful job of giving speeches, writing amendments, and negotiating with other delegations! See below for the full results and view our Flickr album for pictures.
