Don't miss this opportunity to have your sports physicals completed for next school year!

AU Health Sports Medicine will be offering FREE sports physicals for next school year on April 27, 2019 at 10:00 AM at their office at 1220 West Wheeler Parkway.  Athletes must bring a physical form with history completed and parent signatures.  Physical and concussion forms are all in one packet at wsa.net under Athletics>Teams&Coaches.  Find the green button on the right-hand side labeled "Athletic Physical Forms".  Or use the button below:
