Middle School Clay Sports Shooting Team Bring Home a State Championship!

It was a fantastic end to a great season!

We are very proud of our middle school clay sports shooting team!  They brought home the 1st place Overall Trophy from the GISA State Meet held at the Forest City Gun Club in Savannah last Thursday!  

Jacob Stone, Thomas Freeman and Henry Campbell posted the top scores for the team to secure the win.  

Additionally, Jacob was the overall high scorer for tournament receiving a plaque and several medals for his performance. He placed first in trap, second in clays, and third in skeet.

The girls also made us proud with Kate Fruitticher receiving first place for her skeet score and third place for sporting clays.  Alden Baker also took home medals for first place in trap and second in sporting clays.  

Congratulations to all the middle school clay sports shooting team!  Everyone worked hard and represented Westminster well.
