Both the boys and girls teams placed second at the Augusta-Aiken Middle School League Championship Meet!

The Middle School Cross Country team's season lasted ten days longer than planned due to Hurricane Michael.  The championships were moved to Tuesday, Oct. 23 which proved to a beautiful day for running.  Both the girls and boys teams placed second overall.  Of the twenty-two runners, twelve of them ran their best time on this course or for the season.  Abby Wells, Audrey Millar, Allison Roseman, Hannah Case, Emerson Eubanks, Lucas Johnson, and Adam Lippe were all recognized for placing in the top twenty.  Emerson and Adam finished in the top five.  Every single runner improved this season, some by as much as five minutes.  The team will miss the leadership of the 8th graders next year!!
