Behind the scenes of the Lower School's new morning announcements!

The Lower School is changing up announcements every Tuesday and Friday morning! A fifth grade team will record “What’s Up Westminster” to be shown in each classroom. The morning show is filmed every Monday and Thursday in the library using green screen technology. The script is a collaboration - Miss Beck (Lower School art teacher) chooses the “painting of the day” and prayer, Miss Van Duzer (Lower School music teacher) chooses the devotion and adds the birthdays, and Mrs. Shaver (Lower School media specialist) organizes and edits the video content. The morning show team will change monthly and will have anchors, a weatherperson, a sportscaster, and a field reporter!
