Learning at Westminster takes place in classrooms, in chapel, on fields and courts, on stage and in studios, directed by a competent faculty and re-enforced by peers and parents who embrace the value of a strong education. Students can and do learn by working alone; but the power of the example and encouragement coming from others really teaches children that hard work matters, that high standards are attainable, and that responding to our Christian calling to honor Christ at school is the right way to live.

Learning at Westminster promotes respect for others – their ideas, property, and personhood – and fosters more selfless behavior. It is also simply true that children look forward to being with their friends each day. Because children are social beings, the power of community is a natural asset in promoting our mission as a Christian college preparatory school.
