Our Advisory Program Mission

The Westminster Advisory Program supports and complements high academic challenge, character development, and extracurricular opportunities with guidance built on the partnership of students, parents, and faculty advisors who work toward the maturation of each student in Christ. This is accomplished by providing each student with a faculty member who serves as an advocate to offer affirmation and support, a facilitator to provide information, and a coordinator of the academic and personal counseling services available to the student.

Prep School Advisory Program

All students are provided with an opportunity to participate in a small and cohesive group of peers led by a teacher who encourages and monitors students’ educational, character-developing, and spiritual experiences. This advisory becomes the students’ support within the school.
