GALILEO stands for GeorgiA LIbrary LEarning Online.  It is an initiative of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia which provides secured access, via the World Wide Web, to a wide range of resources.  These include over 100 data bases, thousands of periodicals and scholarly journals, encyclopedias, government publications, and electronic books.

Westminster is given a password which is unique to our school.  The passwords are changed periodically to maintain a secure site.  With an active password, faculty and students can access GALILEO from school or home at any time.  GALILEO is a wonderful resource for our students and faculty.  GALILEO resources offer information targeted for all students from elementary through university.  Students may ask the Day School media specialist or the director of the ARC for instruction on accessing GALILEO.
